Eligibility and Country Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not override any law that protects you where you live.

1. Why features differ by country

MarketPro publishes the same general market signals to everyone; it does not give personal advice, trade for anyone or hold money. Even so, countries regulate trading signals, links to brokers and broker cashback differently, and some do not allow them at all without a local licence, which MarketPro does not hold. So some features are switched off in some countries.

We review this list when the law changes and update this page with a new date. Features that are not available to you are hidden or locked in the app.

3. Where we market

We do not advertise, run promotions, pay influencers or send marketing in the countries in the second, third and fourth rows above. The apps can be found in app stores and the website on search engines everywhere, and people in those countries sometimes find us on their own. When they do, the table above decides what they can use. A statement that you found us yourself does not unlock a feature that is not available in your country.

4. How we decide where you live

We use your country of residence, which we ask you to state, together with signals such as your IP address, your app store country and your payment card's country. If they disagree, we may ask you to confirm, and we apply the more restrictive result until you do. Do not use a VPN or false details to get around these rules; doing so breaches our Terms. We do not ask for identity documents for this purpose.

5. If you move, or a rule changes

Tell us if you move to another country. If a feature you pay for is no longer available to you because you moved or the rules changed, we switch it off and handle your subscription as set out in our Subscription and Refund Policy: for web subscriptions we cancel and refund the unused part of the current period.
