Heikin-Ashi Candles

Heikin-Ashi is a candlestick charting technique that recalculates each candle's open, high, low, and close using data from the current and previous bar, producing a smoother visual representation of trend than standard candlesticks. Because each Heikin-Ashi candle's open is an average of the prior candle's open and close, and its close averages the full current bar, the resulting chart filters out some of the noise found in raw price candles.
